Join CBFS as we take a trip to our satellite campus in Greenbackville, VA to study the biology of fish! Start your day in our marine science lab learning all about fish anatomy, behavior, and identification, then head out into the field to put your new skills to the test! You'll use a variety of collection methods such as seining and dip netting to capture and identify our underwater neighbors.

What participants need to wear/bring to the workshop:
Bathing suit worn under clothing
Comfortable, secure shoes and clothing that can get wet
Change of clothes and shoes
Bag for wet clothes
Participants under the age of 18 will not be allowed to participate without an adult. All minor participants must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
