ON ARRIVAL

Our main office in the Education Center is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm.  If you arrive during these times a welcome binder will be waiting for you at the front desk. If you arrive outside of our office hours, look for the after hours check-in box. It is a large white mailbox to the right of our main door. Your welcome binder will be inside.

The welcome binder includes your keys, housing assignments, lab assignments, passes, and other useful information. If our college staff are available they will go over plans with you, collect forms and answer any questions.

If you arrive late in the evening our college staff will meet with you at your first meal to go over plans, collect forms, and answer questions.

If you have any problems with an after hours arrival, a staff member will be on-call to assist you.
On-call phone (757) 894-7708, staff live on site and can be with you shortly
