Join us for a weekend of engaging with the natural wonders of The Eastern Shore, and learning how the Field Station is growing and flourishing! The weekend will be full of fun family activities, hands-on involvement in current research projects, and many other ways to reconnect. Bring the family or just yourself. There will be new friends to meet and lots to do!
Full Weekend: $120/room + $80/adult, $45/child

WEEKEND LODGING & MEALS
Make the experience even more special, and convenient, by staying in one of Chincoteague Bay Field Station’s new dormitories. You may choose to stay Friday and Saturday nights or just Saturday night. Linens are not included.
Choose a family room that can accommodate up to 4 people or an Adult room that accommodates 1-2 people. Family rooms will be located in suites dedicated to family groups.
Adult rooms will be located in suites reserved for adults. Adult suites will be divided into male and female suites as well as co-ed for couples. Both residence halls are less than three years old with central heat and air-conditioning. Rooms are organized into suites that contain four bedrooms and two hall bathrooms. Accommodations are simple and comfortable. Each hall bathroom will be shared by no more than two bedrooms. Bedrooms have single twin beds, no bunk beds. Each room has 2-4 beds, one night stand or desk, a lamp and clothing storage.
Please bring a sleeping bag or sheets and blanket for a twin bed as well as your towel and washcloth.

Chincoteague Bay Field Station has a wonderful food service staff who has planned meals for the weekend that showcase the unique culinary offerings of The Eastern Shore.
Whenever possible the menu will provide options that are environmentally sensitive, nutritional, and varied. Vegetarian options are available at all meals. Please note this or other dietary needs on the online registration form.
The Field Station will provide limited beer and wine for socials. Participants are welcome to bring their own preferred beverages to enjoy later in the evening.

October is still a prime tourist season, so accommodations on Chincoteague will be priced higher and will be harder to find. Book early to ensure your space.
