KIDS TO CAMP SCHOLARSHIP

NOW ACCEPTING 2020 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS!
Deadline for 2020 Kids to Camp Scholarships is: 11:59pm, March 23rd, 2020
 The scholarship committee will review applications and make decisions by April 19th, 2020.
Please Note: Fill out one application per child.
​Each child requesting scholarship must have a separate application. 
Chincoteague Bay Field Station is proud to grant it's "Kids to Camp" campaign to provide scholarships to children who otherwise wouldn't be able to attend summer camp due to financial reasons. Camps at CBFS are more than just a traditional summer camp - they are an educational and often times foundational experience designed to enhance academic achievement, expand horizons, form new friendships, and challenge students to draw connections through hands-on learning.
This scholarship program aims aid local and/or low-income students, ages 5-18, to attend a camp at Chincoteague Bay Field Station.

Recipients are selected based on financial need.

Preference is given to families who live full-time on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and Maryland.
