ZOOMING THROUGH ZOOLOGY

August 16-19, 2017

So you like animals, huh? Well then get all the 'ologys at once with this crash course in Zoology. Learn about birds (Ornithology) and mammals (Mammalogy) as you explore the nearby National Wildlife Refuge and board our research vessel and venture out into the coastal marsh to catch fish (Ichthyology) and marine invertebrates (Invertebrate Zoology) with a trawl net that you'll throw out as a team.  Explore the local woodlands for reptiles and amphibians (Herpetology) and head out at night in search of the little buzzing and crawling critters (Entomology).  Top it all off with a trip to the local zoo! This program is best for students ages 9-16 but all are welcome. Participants must be 9 years or older to board our research vessel.

Tuition: $210 per person
Commuter Tuition: $180 (Commuter Tuition includes all meals.)
Kids 3 years old and younger are free

Prices include all instruction, field trips, transportation to field trip sites, materials, meals and lodging
